That's awesome! I bet this technique would transfer well to After Effects as well.

A question: How do you make it export just one render node? I have two write nodes, one for preview and another for full render. But even if I have only the preview node connected to the composite, when I execute "write render node," it exports both. thanks!!

I really wish I could play my animation while capturing motion. Would make lining things up a lot easier.

I'm using Toon Boom Harmony 21 and, for whatever reason, the alt+up thing doesn't seem to be working. I realize I'm trying to do a lot for my character turnaround, but I'm hoping the characters nostril can change z positions when the head begins to turn, so it can be hidden by the tip of the nose. Whenever I try to alt+up, it moves the nostril up on the y axis. I want I'll keep looking for other solutions, but I was wondering if this was something I'm doing wrong.

I get we can just manually separate things but like, my main problems is that if I have a character, for example, who has a tattoo, maybe a specific mark, that I want to fill in the color but work seperatly with it, how do I do it? Its mostly for the onion skin...because its kinda hard to understand where to place your pen while animating without that.

In Moho, animating by moving around the vector points is called point animation. Moho can interpolate the points and you also have the option of fixing areas that look weird when you rig by animating the points correctively.

I just want a simple mask so I can paint a floor and 2 walls separately in toon boom but all of this is so confusing... I'll paint my backgrounds in fresco or photoshop instead. Easier to learn and better brushes. But it's still frustrating how confusing this is in toon boom.
