Wow, I wasn't thinking they would have still been using kinescopes instead of videotape to record these by then! Imagine all the expense for all the film it would have taken to record 3 days' worth of however many 2-hour sessions per day!

LDS people are nothing but loveing good people and anyone that knows anything about Mormons knows that they are judged before their HF because of knowing that their life is being recorded directly by their HF. I speak on behalf of the non Mormons who know nothing about Mormonism. If you forget whats most important in your life how will you know right from wrong if you only persecute someones beliefs? You are acting like Satan himself and will be devoured by him and the father will see to it that you will be cast down into that great pit and destroyed because you persecute other people not knowing them or what their beliefs and intentions are. Stupid are those that act for themselves and only care about themselves and not their Heavenly Father. The unfaithful will receive nothing in life only pain because they choose to do that that is wrong.

Ya. The Hymns are such a great influence in us to feel the spirit strongly. You greatly admire the efforts that our leaders put forward to bless us to get closer to our Heavenly Father. You connect with things on a higher level when the spirit leads and guides you. It is these words of inspiration that brings us greater joy to love things greater and apreciate the blessings that come into our lives.

I always wished they had evening services... and were less social (me being an anti social weirdo who desires to keep to himself)... Here's a question (I have gone to church a few times) if a man holds the priesthood, which then I assume he is able to bless the sacrament and whatnot, why does he need to go to church to eat the sacrament other guys with the same authority blessed when he can stay home and do it, or am I missing something?

Hey look! It's Yoda with glasses. Hey, when Mormons talk about Satan being their brother, don't you think they should address him as Brother Satan? You know, to show a little respect? After all, you guys listen and obey Satan's instructions in your temples, so you must respect him a little bit right?

It's hard to learn much about any people, culture, or civilization if you only get your information from those who have convinced themselves that said people are evil, twisted, bigoted, or believe and do things that they don't. If you try to learn about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints without using actual, published sources by the Church, you can't possibly know it fully or accurately.

Zina Diantha Huntington Jacobs. Joseph lusted for this young woman, he begged her on 3 separate occasions to become one of his plural wives. She refused and after marrying Henry Jacobs (an active faithful mormon) and carrying Jacobs child, Joseph Smith said that it was God's will that Zina be married to him for all eternity. Joseph claimed that God had sent an angel to kill him, and the LDS church would fail if Zina would not become his wife. So Zina finally agreed and Joseph took Zina as his wife being sealed in the temple. Zina continued to live married to Henry Jacobs as well. After Joseph Smith died, Brigham sent Mr Henry Jacob to England on a mission and claimed Zina as his rightful bride for time (that means a bed mate). I won't bear my testimony about these facts, I'll let mormons checkout LDS sources to verify. For Mormon men does the God of the Bible require you to share your wife for time and for eternity? Did an angel of the Lord really threaten Joseph Smith's life to pursue polyandry or die? Have you prayed about letting Thomas Monson share your wife for time?

In reply to Stefan Hill...That is actually a perfect question. Let me try and answer it for you. First, our Church's name is The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-Day Saints. We believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and our Savior and Redeemer. Joseph Smith is His prophet just like Moses, Noah, Peter, Paul, and such. Ask yourself this question, If you lived in Noah's time and he saved you from the flood because he listened to God and advised you to get aboard the Ark, wouldn't you love Noah and revere him and love God even more for warning you through a man, through a prophet? Second, there are actually many places in the bible that command men not to change or add to it. Look at Moses in Deuteronomy 4:2. If we follow your line of logic then the whole New Testament would be false doctrine. But we know that it's not false! The bible is true and the word of God! In revelations John is specifically talking about adding or changing his book. Whoever over the centuries since he wrote it, has altered it in anyway will have to answer to God for that. When John first penned Revelations it was perfect! Finally, we can know if Joseph Smith is a prophet or charlatan the same way we know if Moses was a prophet, if Jesus is the Son of God, or if the Bible is true, and that is to study his life, read the Book of Mormon, test it out, and most importantly to pray and ask God if Joseph works for Him or against Him. Jesus said for us to "Ask...seek...and knock" (Matthew 7:7) and James directed "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." I have studied Joseph's life, read the Book of Mormon several times, and tried out it's doctrine, and I have come to find that it makes complete sense and is true. BUT most importantly I have humbly asked God if the Book of Mormon is false/true, knowing that he loves me and would never lead me astray, and put all my faith in Him, and He answered me by the power of the Holy Spirit that it is true and that Joseph is not a false prophet but a true prophet. I promise you any question you take before God, He will answer if your heart is truly in the right place.

kjvwolfslayer1 day ago +Quinten Armijo If you believe that Jesus is the spirit brother of Lucifer as Mormon doctrine teaches, that is not the Jesus Christ of the bible. Your latest post also says we are ALL spirit sons and daughters of god, little g, noted. 12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! (Old Testament | Isaiah 14:12) 13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. (New Testament | John 3:13) Both from Heaven? Mite be a pretty good chance they where brothers in the beginning?

17 And as many as have received me, to them have I given to become the sons of God; and even so will I to as many as shall believe on my name, for behold, by me redemption cometh, and in me is the law of Moses fulfilled. 18 I am the light and the life of the world. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. 19 And ye shall offer up unto me no more the shedding of blood; yea, your sacrifices and your burnt offerings shall be done away, for I will accept none of your sacrifices and your burnt offerings. 20 And ye shall offer for a sacrifice unto me a broken heart and a contrite spirit. And whoso cometh unto me with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, him will I baptize with fire and with the Holy Ghost, even as the Lamanites, because of their faith in me at the time of their conversion, were baptized with fire and with the Holy Ghost, and they knew it not. 18 And it came to pass that they were angry with him, even because he had greater power than they, for it were not possible that they could disbelieve his words, for so great was his faith on the Lord Jesus Christ that angels did minister unto him daily. 19 And in the name of Jesus did he cast out devils and unclean spirits; and even his brother did he raise from the dead, after he had been stoned and suffered death by the people. 20 And the people saw it, and did witness of it, and were angry with him because of his power; and he did also do many more miracles, in the sight of the people, in the name of Jesus. 21 And it came to pass that the thirty and first year did pass away, and there were but few who were converted unto the Lord; but as many as were converted did truly signify unto the people that they had been visited by the power and Spirit of God, which was in Jesus Christ, in whom they believed. 22 And as many as had de (Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 7:18 - 22)

The Mormon vision of a New Zion proves beyond any doubt that these people are crypto-Jews. The members go through great pains to trace their bloodlines to the tribe. I thought it was hilarious that the Rabbi's got angry at the Mormons for Baptizing their dead through proxy and asked them to immediately cease the practice.
