@@Southsaccccc hey how’s it going. I tapped factory sub at amp. Customer didn’t want the factory sub to play at all. We went ahead and cut it and capped off the line going to sub. And attached to wires coming out of amp. So if customer wanted to sell car we made it easy so we can just connect it back with the male and female connections we did

@@JMSAudioSTL okay so you t tapped it by the stock amp, but then u cut the wire tht was going towards the stock subwoofer? Because im having an issue where my aftermarket subs stops working kinda after I put the volume up to like 40. But anything lower than 40, it sounds like I got aftermarket subs. I t tapped the stock sub but I didn’t cut it. Do you think the aftermarket subs can interfere with the stock subs n make it not bump as hard as the aftermarket subs would wanna bump?

@@woodlandscrew-pa8568 I tapped into the video feed at the little screen and bypassed it there. Then made a rca cable with bare ends to connect to the positive and negative lines for the camera so it can plug into new screen

@@arjvnv I went to the factory amp and got the connection. I usually cut the connection to sub. Put a male and female connection on the wires. So if customers sells car we can take aftermarket equipment out and connect the factory sub back out. Disconnecting factory sub this will prevent a aftermarket sub to interfere with any factory feedback the system has for bass.

@@sergigavr yes. I would test with one pos and negative first. Usually positive is wrapped in a shielded wire

Running wires were okay. Panels did have to come out. The firewall grommet was nice to go through.

@@patrickeckart1685 hey what’s going on. You should have an rca male on both ends and coming out the rca head is a little red wire. That red wire at the camera connects to red from camera. The other end little red wire hooks up to radio reverse trigger wire. At the radio you will have three. The radios reverse wire, what ever wiring harness you have reverse wire and the red from rca. At license plate. You will have two reds. One from rca end and camera the 2 foot black and red you see. No need to ground. The rca ground internal is good Have questions text 3143411266

Hey I used about 10 meters in all. From battery to distribution block area about 7-8 meters. Then rest are junctions to amp off distribution block What year sierra you have??

Hey how’s it going. On this application we didn’t retain that. But can when the customer would sell the car. Basically cut wires for factory sub and put butt connectors on each end. So like plug and play. When I take the aftermarket wire leads off I can connect factory back together

With this brand of radio. You can bypass it by grounding it. Just can add it to the ground wiring.
