evidently the environment has a huge influence on the water temp inside the aquarium, but with my Fluval e50 i find i need to set it 1-2C higher to get the temp i really want. So if i set it to 25C my target, it will go to 24 or 24,5C, and stay blue, but never hit the target. So i have to go up. so not quite what i was expecting, The water volume obviously is to the limit fluval recommends. Maybe with the higher wattage heaters , there is no such problem.

Yo lo compré y no estoy contenta. Tuve que canviar el filtro por un Eheim. El filtro de Ciano es muy flojo, no tiene potencia, el agua se estanca en algunas zonas. Además es un filtro super difícil de limpiar y renovar los cartuchos. La caja negra es muy grande e incómoda para poner y quitar y alguna vez se coló un pez neon detrás... ademáa la luz led es demasiado potente. No lo recomiendo

A great tank set up, how are the 6 goldfish, I hope they're doing well and you still have them. I've currently got a tropical tank, it's a 200L Roma with a 306 canister filter. I'm wanting to change to a goldfish tank, oranda, ryukin and ranchu, one of each. I think that would mean I've reached capacity. How often do you do a water change with the 6 goldfish you have. Also what are your experiences with Star Fisheries as I'm about to place an order with them. Cheers 👍

Good filter terrible fittings good trays bad media don't even come with a fine polishing pad it's cheap to run good on energy I got the large model 1902 avoid the big ones I got a flood

How big were ur clown loaches then and were they able to swallow NLS 2mm pellets? I hav 6 clown loaches of 2.5-3 inches and the hikari sinking cichlid excel mini pellet size looks a little too big for them to gobble it up… If ur clown loaches were able to swallow the NLS 2mm then i could choose between the 2mm and 1mm…i could go with the 1mm without any doubts but i believee 2mm wud be beter as i have some 6-7 inches fish also in there

Haha love mango, she's just like my pink parrot polly, always the peace keeper and the biggest fish in the tank. Polly could tell the difference between me and the kids because she would feed off the kids but not me as I was the evil guy who took her out the big tank and put her in my daughters smaller tank. She would just try and bite my fingers. Lol. I did give into her demands after 2weeks she fed off me straight away after that

I tried a smaller Ciano and the glass started warping with the pressure of the water so the lid wouldn’t close flush. I always stick to big brands now like Fluval or Jewel

Hi can anyone help me please? Does the bottom of this tank sit suspended on the bottom frame, essentially floating off the table? Or does the bottom glass sit flush with bottom frame and entire surface resting on table? Hope this makes sense and would really appreciate any feedback, cheers :)
