I took a film studies course my first year of college, and she made several false comments every day. I corrected her every time, and she never returned to that school the next semester. I would like to think it was me for calling her out on everything she did not know.

Interesting. Most professors are qualified and very good, but there are some like that where you could probably get a better answer from Google.

@@DylanDelaney - To be fair though, this was a class at a community college that I was going to just to get my general education out of the way. Every single day. She said something that simply was not true or incorrect. Every time I corrected her, she would look it up and see I was right. Eventually, she just got upset, I stopped showing up to class, and she gave me an A anyway.

Awesome video man! I'd just recommend with lighting you really shouldn't mix fluorescent bulbs with led lights. I personally just bought 2 aperture mini 20d just so i don't mix light because fluorescents have a purple tint and led's have a green tint :)

Hey do you still have that neewer sling camera bag that you reviewed about a year ago. Because I have a spark and I found that bag and I just want to know how well it fits inside and what else I can take with me. Bearing in mind that I have the fly more combo and I will want a little extra room to bring some other bits and bobs
@DylanDelaney7 жыл бұрын
Jack Solley it will fit in the bottom compartment just fine, and the rest of the stuff can go up top with little room to spare. It really is a small bag...
@jacksolley47497 жыл бұрын

This was pretty good. Two things though. When trying to create the sound of a voice coming through a cellphone, you should cut the low frequencies, not the highs (you can actually cut some of the highs and make it a little mid-ish but don't keep the low frequencies at all). The other thing is that the sound at 7:35 was clipped. Try and avoid that. I know this was quite some time ago but still.

I got the GoPro HERO5 Black the day it came out. (It's my first GoPro.) I don't plan to use it for extreme sports or anything, rather I'll use it to get more creative shots in my films that a normal camera wouldn't fit. I use the mobile app, because it's easier to change the settings and I can see the display more. Nice review! Your videos keep getting better, man. I think if you uploaded more regularly, your bound to build up an audience quick.

This is so beautiful. I absolutely love the scene when Jacob left and drove away leaving Marcus in deep thought and frustration but as he left, the headlights of the car shone onto Marcus and there were bits of faint light falling on his skin and at the edges of his hair, the sound effects were great too. It portrayed misery and beauty at the same time. I'm sorry for rambling, I just love details you see. 😂 I just want to congratulate you on such a wonderful film. Your content is really good. I honestly wish I could make short films like this. I'm awed by your talent with filmmaking. I watched 'Discovering creativity' a little while ago and can tell that your very passionate towards it. Keep doing your thing. I can picture you in Hollywood. Just don't forget the little people like me okay? 😂

Very good cinematography, I do enjoy how you used dialouge in this, often when you watch a short film they overuse visual storytelling causing many akward pauses. But one thing, I didn't get the ending. (the rocks)

Thank you. I know. I removed me from the back Ina couple of the shots and then stopped. That's just how it is. And the foley was a bit rough but it has been two months and had to move in to better things. Had been in the phone with Adobe for two of those weeks just figuring out how to export the thing! Haha. Thanks again!
