I have no idea. She didn't go into detail over the phone. She asked me to email some photos, She showed them to their technician. He said, they did send me the manual safety version. But as far as the extra material, that was within their tolerance. And as you can see, that's totally not true. She also told me in the email that they saw the last video. and I told them that I would update that video if my replacement holster is correct

@@Jimmy07321 they changed out my sites. They didn’t send my plastic sites back to me. I just didn’t make a big deal about it. I didn’t say the customer service down there was rude. I said the people working down there are sloppy they don’t pay attention to detail.

@@quoththeraven7 so, you set your gun back with aftermarket sites to Glock and they didn't send back the aftermarket sights? Wow, that's surprising. You should have called and asked them about that. I have a buddy who had Glock night sights on his gun and when he took it to Glock for other work, they changed out his night sights for new one for no charge. In my experience, if it's Glock OEM they replace with new OEM parts if needed. I had an older version of a Glock magazine and the Glock armorer replaced it with a newer version. Like I said, the 3.5Ib ghost connector and couple of other stuff I had in my gun he took out and replaced it with OEM Glock parts and gave me back all my aftermarket parts I paid online.

@@Jimmy07321 No Bro! The gun came with GLOCK plastic sites. I sent Gun back for extraction issue, for a small amount, they install night sights on the Glock for me but they didn’t send me back the original sites. People buy those plastic sites on ebay.. short of hand puppets hopefully this explains everything. Just kidding, Not Really 🙄😤😏✌🏾

@@FWhoMatters Yeah but it’s not for everybody. a 4” barrel is a 4”barrel. Some of the biggest Gun channels on KZbin and Glock fanboys have moved from a G19/G26 to a Sig p365/G43x etc: they’re not doing it because they dislike the Glock Brand..

I prefer the G43x although I feel on paper the P365xl is the better choice only because of extra 2 round count but what’s 2 extra rounds? However the 17 round spare macro mag is a complete game changer.

I have AP365X, love the gun. I also have a 17R mag to go with the two 12 / 14 round magazines thanks to maggots. my Glock 43 XMOS has over 1000R through it right now with those magazines. No problem.

Shield arms I have literally 20 of them all generations and the plus 5s also never never a single issue I edc them no problem.

When you send it in to Glock, make sure you include a detailed note. because the incompetence down there is next level! BS you not
