Never tried the hellcat. I don’t have the mos but I like my 43x if I went with another micro it’d be a FN Reflex. I have a 40 s&w plus that’s a good edc

The 43X is a gem, perfection at its best. I would highly recommend the Holosun SCS direct mount and use Battle Werx screws to mount the optic not the Holosun screws.

I heard the extractor issues were due to the screws when you add an optic. The right side screw I n believe has to be a shorter length that the left otherwise it messes with your extractor.

Also could be those aftermarket mags. I've heard any aftermarket mags have been causing issues with reliability. See if it does it with factory mags.

The sales representative at Glock told me the 43X was having the same problem, and the 43X doesn't have an optic plate

Hey man I just got the 43x MOS and I noticed the slide finish was not the same as my other gen 5 g45. My slide is matte like yours do you know why it’s not the same? And is this matte finish better or worse than the nDLC?

It’s weird that you mentioned that particular Gun because when I was having buyers remorse I was kicking myself for not getting the hellcat pro instead, but now I am really starting to love the G43X mos

Absolutely. Hellcat pro > Glock 43x. All the after market 15 round mags for the 43x jammed up on me eventually, I’d never trust my life on them. Ever. Meanwhile, the Hellcat pro OEM mags are 15 rounds. 1,500+ rounds so far has ran flawlessly.

It is a very good gun for edc . But Me personally i need more then 10 rounds to feel safe i live in the hood . The 48 was my first glock but once i went double stack g19x i never looked back lol
