What degree did you get? I’m looking into school however don’t know what to go in for strictly mammals. I’m thinking animal behaviorist.

Shayna went to a specialized training school called America's Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College. It is a 2 year program that allows students to take classes while working on zoo on grounds. Many other zoologists have degrees in behavior, biology, or similar fields!

Thanks for making this video. Had an awesome day witnessing the eclipse at the Dallas Zoo. :) Saw the lionesses get up and move before the eclipse, but I guess they just got up and moved to a different part of their habitat. The Lion might have had just a little bit of a confused look on his face.

I didn't feel this actually showed much of the animal reactions. Not to completion anyway. I was by the flamingo enclosure and then all zoomed into a small tight group. The ducks and Screamers rested in the grass. When the sun returned the flamingos spread out. The ducks started moving. The Screamers stretched there wings and "screamed" at each other in what looked like a morning gretting.

15 seconds on animals, 1 minute 45 seconds on people looking up and the eclipse itself. I clicked to look at animals' reaction, and only saw the elephants and the stork for 3-4 seconds each. Thanks. Great.
@nodical802Ай бұрын
There is nothing to show. Animals don’t care about solar eclipses they don’t even know that’s what happened. Stop thinking magically
@GrumpyOwl13Ай бұрын
Aside from the eclipse, I saw animals throughout the whole thng.
