I've never watched a full episode but have caught so many of these clips I've pieced together most of the show but that yearbook for Sue made me freaking cry.

September 2024. I’m here saying it’s actually amazing. The cast the moments the ups and downs. I (a grown ahh man) laughed and cried with this show. Some shows just hit home. In one way or another. This show is epic. I was a freshman when this premiered in 2009. I think the world was moving into a different space as far as entertainment. Feels like it should’ve started in 2005, because it’s that good.

The last scene from the series finale was a memorable one: 1. Axl moving back to Orson, marrying Lexie, having three sons (that became his old slacker self), and he turns out like Mike. 2. Sue finally dating Sean, after a few breakups, they got married that Reverend TimTom officinated, thus Sue's new name becoming Sue Sue Donahue (finally allowing the Donahues to be part of the Hecks as one of their law families) 3. Brick becoming a successful author that his best selling book featured a fictionalized version of him back when he had his microfiche and his old best friend being his backpack.

Seeing Sue’s yearbook really makes me envy her. My last few years of High School was when COVID hit and I missed my both my proms and when I showed up to get my yearbook signed, only two people who I knew and saw, signed my book. Something is better than nothing, I guess but that was one of the most anticlimactic ways of ending high school. While I personally don’t watch the episode anymore, don’t let me stop you from enjoying it.

I’m sorry. That must have been tough for you. The pandemic screwed everyone. I had a watered down wedding. No music, limited guests, no honeymoon, but was grateful for that. I can’t imagine not having a traditional graduation & proms, plus not being able to go to school and see friends regularly. I at least could see friends at work.

i hear ya, i graduated in a barn because of covid.😂 ok technically it was the trade center at our county agricultural center (as in the giant warehouses where they do livestock trade shows, they took out all the pens so we could fit with social distancing) definitely more manure at my graduation than i expected.
@thewillofabeast907914 күн бұрын
@@MaryColbert-v5qI appreciate your response and I’m sorry that your wedding wasn’t what you expected. But yeah, what makes the senior prom more of a bummer is that during the graduation practices, we went into the auditorium to watch a video of the Class of 2021, and they showed footage of the prom and it was not what I expected. They said to wear masks and be six feet apart but no one was doing that. The prom was in an outside tent but none of them followed the guidelines.
@MaryColbert-v5q14 күн бұрын
@ I’m sorry you didn’t have a nice traditional prom. Maybe they can make it up to your class in an upcoming high school reunion. It was a tough time for a lot of people, but be grateful that we survived it. Many people didn’t.

I loved this show enormously and its been at least 4 or 5 years since i watched it and I totally forgot about Bricks whispering echo until the end of this video and busted out laughing 😅😅😅. I really dont know who had it worse between him and Sue especially when he got switched at birth for a few weeks or so I think. Lol there was soooo many great episodes.

the most relatable is when mike is worried about the top sue is wearing. objectively speaking, its really not overly revealing or anything, but dad's do actually react like that. my own dad did, and still does at times. im indian, so a lot of american shows are really not relatable for me, but this show right here is, and that part especially. honestly, one of the best shows ever. highly underrated.
