Please be aware of what you diffuse with essential oil, I used to LOVE my diffuser, but after getting a dog, we started to put things together, she would have issues with GI, and come to find out the oil I was diffusing was toxic for pups😩😩😩as soon as I stopped, which was immediately, her symptoms stopped as well.

Coming on to answer your question about trying to up your immune system. To be 100% honest I had my tonsils out in 2014 and I have not gotten sick since. I know it sounds crazy, but I didn’t even get the big C and I live in an apartment building in a large city. I do get allergies every once in a while at which time I will take a Claritin D and maybe an Excedrin tension headache. The combo just knocks anything out for me. The Excedrin helps with inflammation. The Claritin-D helps to get rid of any lingering bacteria and it’s honestly awesome. My parents would get sick whenever my nephews visited, so I made them start taking elderberry. I think they took the Gummies and they have not gotten sick for quite a few years since taking elderberry. I do drink bone broth every day, which is supposed to be a pretty big nutrient immune buster as well. Good Luck!

Hi I am sure you have tried this but what we do as we get older is start taking a vitamin C supplement. There are so many … some as powders some as pills and frankly just eating good fruit helps me. I have always suffered with illness because of allergies and it has made me also hyper aware of when I need an antibiotic and I advocate for that! Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

I might try that tandem sometime. My doctor recommended when I was young because I used to get sick all the time taking a time release vitamin C during the winter months. I take.Solaray 1000 mg vitamin C from Amazon. They sell it in quantities of 260 I believe.

So, I’m quite a bit older than you (I turned 40 this year) and growing up we did not put up a tree until about the 15th of December 🤣 granted it was a real tree, but still! So I feel you on the “internal battle” with decorating too soon. I’m forcing myself to wait until at least Dec this year! Which is probably very unpopular these days! I usually start Black Friday, but every year I end up feeling like it was too soon. I guess my roots are taking over the older I get lol sorry for the rant … love your content! 🩷
