You seem very grateful for all you have, and I think the decisions you’re making regarding your future are very smart, responsible, buying a home is a big commitment and the fact that you know yourself so well, and the possibility that charlotte may not be where you want to plant roots, think your beautiful apartment is a perfect choice❤️. Thank you for the kind words ❤️ He is on Nexguard plus! It does flea/tick and heartworms! Never had an issue with it :)

Great video! I have an apartment as well . I’m on my own and have been loving it so far though it does come with challenges .. they can be overcome:) I respect your decision to wait to get a house. I agree that if you are not sure if you are going to stay in one place for a while, rent it a good idea. Also, I work in insurance and I was surprised that your payment didn’t change when you mentioned that. A garaging address from Tampa to charlotte I would think it would lower the premium since Tampa is a bigger city (I think) and Florida is super high risk for insurance so that may have some potential savings :)

Thank you ❤️ I was bad and never switched my license plate/insurance over to FL for the year we were living there 😝 It was on the to do list... just never got around to it once I knew we would be moving right back to NC. It definitely would have been higher there if I ever got around to doing it!

Currently reobsessed with ACOTAR lol. I finished the Throne of Glass series last week and im glad i read it, i enjoyed it. But ACOTAR is just SO GOOD i had to start rereading it. This time im doing Audiobook and its amazing. Not sure if i will ever reread TOG
