I'm really hoping this game's omni-movement will be embraced by the general community in time. For me I played a sh*t ton of Titanfall 2 and the pilot movement feels almost the same so it was easy to adapt, but hopefully most players will figure it out without too much struggle too. The campaign is supposed to actually be good and a big focus this time so at least players can get practice in using the movement there before multiplayer. If it is embraced though I think that might give Activision enough confidence to remake a jetpack COD and really get the jetpack movement right this time. Like adding a toggle function where instead of holding a to boost you just double tap a to jump then automatically boost till you tap a again to stop so you can aim while you're airborne without the need to get a controller with extra buttons, set it to bumper jumper, or learn the claw technique

The funny thing is that on steam, if you get each games ultimate edition equivalent individually instead of the base games in the franchise bundle, you can actually get all the games WITH DLC for cheaper than the bundle's price with the base games

just wanna say that you can easily pirate say, MW2 or COD4 for example, and use a client like COD4x or IW4X to not only get safe servers but easier mod support and bots that you can rank up with, COD4x doesnt get updates anymore but you can still get help for it online, and its the gold standard for call of duty 4 on PC, IW4X was taken down, or rather their host, x labs, and now alterware runs and maintains what remains of the project, ive been running a dedicated server with bot warfare in both of these games for a while now and its pretty enjoyable! the custom maps are a plus as well! so thats two birds with one stone, boycott activision, AND enjoy the games you bought a decade ago as they were intended to be!

But if you have friends that you want to play with, its very difficult to convince them to buy Black Ops 3 for $59.99 when Black Ops 6 is almost the same price. 2. Copywrite. Keeping a product available is important for some systems of copywrites. For example, at some point, if you pirated a game and the copywrite holder wanted to charge you for that, it is to copywrite holders obligation to prove that you have "stolen" from them. And its very difficult to provide factual statements on how much money they've lost on a product they have not made available for 15 years. But, by keeping the item as purchasable in a brand new state perminantly, they can say "Look, this game is still available right now for $59.99. they COULD have purchased it, but chose to steal it instead. And as far as number 2 goes, its not just the copywrite of the title, but also everything within in. The storylines, the characters, the in game concepts, so on so forth. TL;DR is, to push players into buying new content over old content, and to enstill their copywrite.
