I hear this point I do but I also wanna point out that Sasha was also often lightened in pictures and promo compared to her doll and it was extremely disrespectful. So when it comes to Yasmin for someone who has a more tan deeper Latinx features when they seen the doll they saw them selves. So when she is suddenly lighter it’s not saying those latinas don’t sell so let’s make her more passing but this one wasn’t lighter and to sell MGA as a company has been known to white wash Asian, black and Latin characters. Look at Dylan who they made white in the movie though his doll is black…. I think some of the point is missed. And kinda feels one sided (though I respect your opinion) and this is why when even doll represent something they should be given actual ethnicities so people can really relate to each character beyond just the 4 main girls. I do think all the girls suffered from white wash bc the owner is racist but hey what can you do.

I definitely agree that kids today would love the show if it just got the TLC it truly needed. Bring back the original story and change it up a little. Maybe go deeper into some of the sub plots, answer questions people still have from earlier seasons, and hire someone to change the designs because wtf is bloom wearing in the reboot? She looks like a horse girl when originally she was a girly teen who loved fairies.

It will never be the way it was for us kids in the 2000's. I just treasure what we had, times change. I'm sure the younger generations will enjoy growing up with the new winx coming. I'm not sure if I will watch it, I'll probably be curious enough to take a look, perhaps it might turn out better than expected. Season 8 defenitely didn't, I'm not even counting that canon, they ruined Valtor the all favourite villains as well. I do want to see how they introduce him in the new series if they are going to. Sebastian valtor was kinda dissappointing, sitll he was clever, too bad fate the winx sage is cancelled just like wow which I would have liked to see continue as well.

I love how you address the problems about Winx club because Winx club was realistic but not realistic with the magic but then also addressing stuff that could happen in real life like death and divorce and I do like the old Winx but season 8 kind of disappointed me with how they change the art style but I think the reason why they changed the art style is because cosmetics if they had kept the original art style it wouldn't have looked as good but they could have just changed the form for each fairy completely so that way then we would still have the same look that was going on in each season after season 8 and about the reboot I don't really know if I'm going to watch it because it just doesn't give the same Winx by that I had in my childhoodbut I think it'll still be a good show😅

What I think about the reboot of Winx Club it’s going to be amazing. I been watching Winx Club since 8 or 9 years old I’m a big fan of the show. I hope to see all the old characters will be there. I hope to see Roxy, Daphne and new characters. I can’t wait to see the new reboot.

I think that one of the biggest problems the show is going to face is the fashion.Unlike 20 years ago now fashion trends come and go literally every week and those trends become cringy and outdated within a month . They can go the Y2k route but that will be against what the original show had intended ..to stay trendy and modern and being trendy and modern in 2024 is honestly hard when the dress you wore is considered outdated even though it was all over tiktok a month ago

To me, winx club has only 4 seasons + 2 movies. End of the story
