It's pretty obvious this individual has next to 0 experience in front end alignment. When you change these bushings the vehicle needs to be on an alignment rack like the ones I've used for 42 years . The degree numbers on bushings is how much the bushings will change caster or camber not how much caster or camber already has. You must first get alignment readings on a alignment computer to determine what size bushings are needed to keep camber at about .25 degrees for optimum tire wear and increase caster as high as possible as well. Sorry for the book 😊

Thank you for the input , there definitely are quite a few people having issues with death wobble in the fords . This did work for me but clearly you should have a shop set up your front end no argument there .

Question, working in a Thermador range top…my burners show no gradual increase & decrease from low to high and vice versa. If the unit hasn’t been properly converted, would that affect my burners? In this case how I explained above. It’s almost like I only have either a high flame or a low flame. Hope that makes sense and I appreciate any help, thank you
@rms204818 күн бұрын
It’s a possibility it was not converted correctly . Propane orifices are smaller but also vary per burner size . Also the regulator needs to be converted as well … these both should be checked if it’s in question .

Our Beckett / Coleman. Has stopped working right. Been stuck in lockout. I finally took a closer look and noticed the screw / nipple in the clean out was leaking small amount. I loosened and tightened and think it stopped. Wondering how am I supposed to clean out the clean out hahah. Also wondering why it’s doing this ? Any advice appreciated
@rms204818 күн бұрын
The cleanouts toward the outside of the unit not directly above burner need to be vacuumed out with a soot vac … this is hvac territory usually not homeowner stuff

IF THE WIRE IS 12 /2 ON A 15 AMP BREAKER AND IS WORKING FOR LIGHTS ONLY AND THERES ONLY 8 TO 10 LIGHTS CONECTED TO THAT BREAKER WITH OUT SERVICING ANYTHING ELSE THERE'S NO FIRE HAZARD GET REAL

Looks the same as 14nm back then but you can tell how easy it flexes and the strippers don’t lie either

Why pull new wire, just put it on a 15 amp breaker
@rms20486 ай бұрын
As per national electric code you cannot downsize wire in a circuit , the next electrician may put a bigger breaker on if he sees the larger wire in panel

Yeah my 2016 dually just started this after we replaced the drag link and inn/outer tie rods and sway bar end links and front end alignment. Just wondering what it could be. Didn’t have the issue b4 all this was recommended

Ford sets these really close can’t hurt to add a few degrees to stabilize. Things move after 100k too . Mines going well still but it will change alignment

The national Electric fire code book states that cable can be run though conduit though walls to protect it . The amp rating is not affected if following code specs

I mean a plastic tub drain on a fiberglass tub should be there for a while like forever almost . I’m not against plumbers putty if done correctly. But silicone is less call backs for glass tubs

Those inserts are not the amount of caster or camber it has. They provide up to 2 degrees of change depending on how oriented and how much offset different ones provide by moving the upper ball joint geometry. Base caster and camber are based on the front end design. These trucks once had fully threaded bolts, instead of shouldered bolts, that held the track bar to the frame. This resulted in the track bar bracket getting loose at the frame. Your shocks look very old. Take the easy end loose compress it and see if the hydraulics are wore out.

We hired an electrician to set up our plug and panel for this. Works great. You can tell when elec is back on if main box is reading numbers. The panel was altered with a safety switch so the main breaker can't be engaged when in use for generator. Although running almost entire house is expensive it is a trade off for convenience and having heat in the cold. Michigan loses power a lot. Dte. So we felt it was a good investment.
@rms2048 Жыл бұрын
Thats great , there are a lot of options for generator installations. Some of that stuff will be in another video. In my opinion it is a great investment for a homeowner. If you have natural gas generator thats a great option but anything is cheaper than a frozen home .

@@rms2048 actually I'm having a difficult time finding videos on a way to extend a bathroom vanity light out from the wall do it will hang over a medicine cabinet I have that sticks out about 3-4 inches. We cant recess the cabinet since it's on an outer wall. My only solution is to point the lights up.
