nice job man. dude sometimes I think I have adhd as well. how did you get to the point where you got diagnosed? also, what medication and dosages have helped you.

Thanks. It’s one of those things that makes a lot of sense in hindsight but that I just always wondered about. I was seeing a psychiatrist for some other stuff and he just asked if I had ever thought about getting an ADHD diagnosis. I said yeah I’ve wondered that before. Then eventually I scheduled a screening and we kinda went from there. Medication is a tricky thing because everyone’s body responds so differently. So what works for me might not work for you I guess. Right now I’m taking Vyvanse though which is a stimulant. It actually just went generic but a lot of stimulants are hard to get. I tried for Adderall early on but wasn’t able to consistently get any. But yeah, Vyvanse has been working really well for me overall. I just got bumped up to 50mg last month. Best of luck!

Thanks! Have a subcompact CX-30, have not seen any YT videos for camping in it fulltime; cargo and ceiling are quite short. Taking a year to slowly determine if I can consider extended car living and/or boondocking in it, hope to have some basic camp & safety equipment by the spring to try a weekend at a time.

I like how you made the bujo you own. I personally, only use the future log (which has a Mimi monthly included) and dailies. But you do you ❤🌅🌵😷

If your bujo starts in July, the FUTURE log starts in August. You don't need to write your July stuff twice, just write your July stuff on your July pages. Have your Future log run from August through January. That way when November and December comes you'll have a place to write your January stuff before you get to setup your new notebook. ❤🌅🌵😷
