This intelligent man could have achieved anything in his life. I'm not surprised that he wanted to escape. So many life sentences for armed robbery and he was called the gentleman bank robber because he was very calm and never brutal in his robberies.

Strange how Death Row prisoners become religious. I'm actually against the death penalty for reasons l won't go into but it does sound weird the way they change into decent citizens and get religion. Whatever happens, it must be terrifying to know the date on which you're going to die. She doesn't look like somebody who'd use a pick axe to commit murder. You'd imagine a huge nasty bloke with anger management problems. Oh well

I hate to say this but parents are to blame for their murderous children in many cases! As a country, we need to investigate the way criminals were raised in their families and come to the realization that sometimes parents create criminals by their neglect or actual upbringing! Psychologists need to be a partner to the police in every criminal investigation! Blatant neglect or criminal upbringing need to get parents jail time along with their criminal children!

I wonder about the transformation of people who are sentenced to death. It's fairly common, and I believe it's sincere...At least as they face a certain end. I wonder if it would stick, if a person on death row was released on a technicality or something. Would they stay transformed? Interesting experiment?
