DC here. This is why I hate balanced blitzes. I want to overload a side by bringing 4 to one side.

Hi there, You talk about being careful with motion and use motion to create specific advantages. Do you have any videos explaining types of motions, their benefits, what advantages they create, and when they might be useful?

I hope this comment finds you well on this older video. Your description at the end that shows when to use the two variations is nice. From an entire offensive standpoint, what other plays are you running with these two RPOs? Would you just sprinkle those in with standard pass and run plays? Would this be the focal point of the offense and you run it like 15-20x a game?

Kwame, Your outlook toward growth and mindset, I can't think of a better attitude a coach should have. I'm a fan. You did well for the Knights and I know you'll do well wherever you go.

Hey, I know this is 2 years late but have a question regarding man. We matchup well man to man against a spread team in our league but they are constantly motioning receivers pre snap. 3-2 into a 2-3. 3-2 into a 4-1 etc.. What are your man rules for pre snap motion? Does the player follow him across the field pre snap or does he pass him off and bump the LB out and replace him. Thanks!

Excellent breakdown of the various cuts. I think it is stuff us football guys/coaches know but it is really nice to see it broken down by a professional. We have been working one-cut and go (speed cut) but after seeing this we will be working on the pressure step too. Maybe the jump cut later (6-8th graders). Thank you!

Paul should have his own 'play by play' channel during a TSN broadcast. The general commentary seldom discusses much about 'technical' details. It's more for the 'generic' fan. I'd really enjoy hearing a constant stream about what he's seeing happen during the game play - the strategies; personnel packages; etc.. Thanks for posting this.

Great tools of drills. I'm a coach who coaches on a lower level. These will do great during the summer and fall

Great points Also, marketing the game as 3D! Football or 3Down Football (vs. "Canadian" football) would allow the game to be more widely marketed, worldwide. (And how about 10 players per side to adapt 3D! Football to the smaller fields in USA? to keep the space open... which allows for smaller squads/budgets for startup leagues etc.)

RB NEEDS TO MAKE A 3-STEP DECISION FROM BOUNCE, BANG, OR BEND. AT THE MOST 4th STEP. IF NOT DEFENSE WILL STRETCH YOU TO SIDELINE.

I think Montréal alouettes do a great job with the 3-4 technique! Would be awesome to see some of it explained in a game at Montreal or even the grey cup had high camera coverage!

Keegan struggled a bit-sometimes more than a bit. The QB matters. The defense never felt obligated to account for McNamara. The running lanes were wider with JJ at QB.

Thinking from a OL standpoint here. Should the OL recognized the LB in this situation and altered the blocking assignments? Have the RG block the LB and RT block the NT instead of a double team? 7 guys in the box against a zone scheme just blows my mind.

I want to make sure I have this right. When you call a double team to a backer, that is what you are planning on doing pre-snap, assuming the defense stays there. After the defense stunts or blitzes, that combination is off and then you are blocking your gap. Correct?

Good video, going to incorporate these drills into practice this week. Curious, how do you drill angles for guys on zone reads? We face a lot of trips zone read option, keying that end. My guys turn their shoulders and get up field and I struggle to get them to slow down and see the play. Thanks
