I was locked inside my room and I had nothing so I had to ask my aunt and uncle for help but the thing is the door to our house is locked too so now they had to get rid of the door knob to free me and now I'm crying in bed about how my dad is gonna whoop my ass. I am not happy about being freed.

This comment is about a different video I watched on your channel. I’m subscribed. You referred to ‘Fundamentals of Master Keying’ by Jerome V. Andrews. I tried to buy the book but could not find it. We’ve just recently purchased a locksmith company up here in Ontario, Canada. Oddly enough, we don’t have to be licensed here to have a locksmith company. So I am unable to give a license number to another locksmith supplier in order to get this book. Can I purchase this book from you? Am from India. Had a key stuck in the door for 2 weeks which did not budge even after a lot of people trying to remove it. When all said the lock needs to be changed, I calmly googled you tube and found your inspiring presentation. I have a lock with a tongue that opens and closes the lock mechanism, and I removed the whole lock from the door and still did not know how to release the key, when suddenly I pulled the tongue a bit and out came the key with a mild pull. Also wanted to know if there is a way to make the tongue tight as its wobbly. But thanks a lot I got people in my home smiling and thanking me. Your knowledge sharing means a lot to many - thanks Uriah.

I’ve rekeyed many locks you can’t honestly tell me you prefer this method vs taking it off the door.. especially since this stuff isn’t around anymore making a control key. I bet I could beat you rekeying a Schlage vs this titan garbage with no current key.

that’s hilarious, the locksmiths i see have a hatchback toyota and your basic lockout kit. you may need all that eventually but 90% of jobs you won’t need any of that unless you’re doing residential

I’ve been fortunate enough to upsell my customers 70K German Shepherds with each lock job I do. For example: my last job was a $500.00 Jeep key fob replacement. I convinced the customer he needed a 70K German Shepherd to keep watch over his new key. Nice! Just kidding!

How to copy dimple key?

Anyone have problems like this except with SFIC on Cylindrical (lever style) handles. There is no cam to tighten up then. Sometimes core comes out nearly 1/8".

We use Houdini or Fluid Film. Houdini works as a cleaner and lubricant. If we are working on Medeco we use Fluid Film, as per factory recommendation.

I bought brand new Duracell AA batteries and still not working I working on with a portable Fortress safe

my current closer is causing it to be very hard to open the door. I get a lot of complaints from customers. in theory could i loosen up, soften up the main spring to make the door easier "lighter" to open? could you demonstrate some of the options of that spring adjustment? could you also link to that opener product? seems to have more options than your typical closer.
