I am glad there is things that I am familiar with in this dish ^^ I've seen a lot of lemon grass, ginger, and peppercorn in my mom's cooking when she prepares her chicken. I never thought of taking them apart into thin shreds. visually pleasing and easier to eat without getting dry in every bite. I've never tried adding chicken cubes and turmeric. but I imagine it must bring this dish to life with the chicken broth. every part of this dish, elevates the taste of chicken as the main ingredient. I think it was smart to finish this dish with some chilli and sugar, a little sweetness and a slight kick of flavour. you know it's going to be good with the butter added in at the end. thank you for sharing something you enjoy with me ~
