I've never tried doing that with my drumsticks. but I get the feeling that using this method, every part of the drumstick will be filled with flavour even the parts that were on the inside. I am really attracted to the sauce. I love the smell of melted butter. combining it with sweet chilli sauce, garlic paste, and parsley.. you can just imagine those flavours in your mouth. plus the crunchy batter on the drumsticks. yummy ^^
