Isn’t it a financial fraud by government that monies were collected from senior citizens that higher pension would be sanctioned as per honourable Supreme Court judgement dated22.11.2022. Though one year is over, neither the higher pension is sanctioned nor the deposited amounts returned. If a firm delays the remittance for more than 14 days, it needs to pay penal interest. Won’t the government or EPFO need to pay penal interest to senior citizens. Thank you Supriyaji for raising the issue of EPS,95 - but will the Finance Minister care and be humane?

जिस समय ईपीएस95 को सरकार ने लागू किया था उस समय सरकार ने लिखित में कहा था कि कर्मचारियों को सरकारी कर्मचारियों से दस प्रतिशत अधिक पेंशन देंगे लेकिन कुछ समय बाद सरकार ने उस नियम को समाप्त कर दिया । इसलिए सरकार द्वारा अपने बनाए गए नियम से मुकर गई है इसलिए ईपीएस95 स्कीम समाप्त कर देना चाहिए।

In the meantime, a 'Delhi Chalo' Rally & Dharna on Ramleela Ground in Delhi on 11th & 12th inst. is imminent on this Govt. to bring it to senses & teach a lesson.
