You mentioned MHA a lot, don't worry, there's a reason why you see some resemblance - the author of MHA mentioned that he practiced drawing by drawing Bleach fanart (he made up his own zanpakutous). Most of the new generation of shounen anime (JJK, Demon Slayer, Black Clover, etc) are heavily influenced by Bleach. Also, Bleach doesn't launch into explanations of its lore right away because the writer trusted that his audience is smart enough to pick up on the details and only expands on it when he feels the time is right. If you feel some of the vibes are weird, some of it is actually foreshadowing for stuff happening hundreds of episodes later. Even in episode 4, there's a clue that pays off in episode 114!

Imo, I think Naruto dislikes Ebisu for more reasons than losing to his Harem jutsu. I think he thinks Ebisu is too lax and laid back for a Jonin of his level, hence has no respect for him. Ok so Ebisu is a good teacher and better than Kakashi to use two separate metaphors for a better explanation if you have ever watched wrestling at any point in your life you know Shawn Michaels aka The Heartbreak Kid(HBK) one of the greatest ever he started a wrestling school and trained people but he couldn’t teach his natural talent or instincts another example is Jordan and Magic Johnson as coaches and talent developers because you can’t teach jumping from the free throw line or no look behind the passes but Larry Bird can teach anyone toughness fundamentals and shooting Kakashi is a genius he can only teach naturally talented people and other genius’s because he can’t relate to regular (hence why everything he taught Sakura happened in the land of waves)

As for mom: at this point of story all you need to know about her is that she's dead... and Ichigo father is running a private clinic and taking care of his 3 children the best he can (although in weird way). once the story progresses you'll learn how mother died and why that was one of pivotal points in Ichigo's life ;)

Bleach is a bit slow in the beginning but it's definitely worth it. Once it picks up its absolutely amazing. Great characters, awesome world building and the animation will get better with time. Once you reach TYBW it will be simply peak after peak after peak on all plans

A lot of the places you see in anime, are just actual places in Japan. So, you will see overlap. One area I've seen in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Bleach, a Ghibli movie, and some other anime I'm blanking on the names of.

Ok I see you have read some comments but let me explain why Kakashi is only this powerful rn remember when he said everyone he loves is dead once he hit Jonin and everyone died he was assigned to the Anbu black ops as a teen because he was so promising and had the temperament to be a Anbu(everyone isn’t made to be a black ops much like reality they do a lot of killing and morally ambiguous things that require less compassionate people) as you can see he still wears the gloves but recognizing that he was getting a little to comfortable out in the ninja streets so to prevent him from turning full Ninja Von they pulled him and assigned him as a teacher (more or less spoiler free version) he hasn’t really been in the field frfr in forever so he is extremely rusty and semi out of shape compared to his standards Zabuza was the first real fight he had in years also remember he is not a Uchia so having a constantly running sharingon on him is a chakra nerf in itself think wolverine’s anamantium constantly trying to be healed or Deadpool’s cancer the healing factor is always fighting that and Kakashi is always operating at about roughly half his true chakra level
