Next Battlefield needs to have reworked assignments. I am tired of having snipers in my squad camping at the end of the map just to get few kills from over kilometer away to get that assignment done. Also I would like them to go back to BF2/BF3/BF4 roots, and bring back normal military style soldiers, that actually look like soldiers not some gentlemans running in a nice suite.

Good Video. Imho DF is not that good. I played the Tech Test Pre Alpha and now the Alpha. Its like a Discounter Version of Battlefield... n, not even that.. its more a copy of World Ware III a few years ago. I:m still a die hard fan of BF1, looking forwardt to 24th Sep when the BFV Anticheat is going to be implemented.

i think what many dont see and seem to not realise, DICE is no more. 99% of the devs that worked on all the good Battlefields until and including BF1 have left and are no longer. What DICE is now, is a bunch of janitors and interns who know nothing about what they are doing. The result is 2042. And further, the results in the future will be similar to 2042.

I still feel that that first BF5 trailer could have been almost a bad company game set in second world war and it would have been a slam dunk. But it being serious with all the clown stuff made it bad

Delta force is a total dissapointment, its a mobile plastic feel hero shooter, with woman running around. Dunno how they managed to make shooting worse than in BF3, guns looking like painted nerf guns. Altho battlefield sank on the bottom and the next game suppose to be “tremendous live service”, so you can expect no sides like country vs country, gonna be another hero garbage shooter with basic 30y old weapons added in a season pass

WOO WOO WOO SLOW THE LIVING F DOWN! BF hasn't been the "master" of the genre for a LONG time and we've been waiting for and I predicted 2 years ago we would see games like this challenge the SO called AAA studios and its what's needed. BF hasn't been a true mil shooter since BF4 and as for history they don't give 2 Fs about that, just look at BFV and how disgraceful that was to the history of the war. Honestly I couldn't be happier to see a free game slapping the cheeks of EA who have given us nothing but hot CoD spin off trash for too many years. PS Delta Force has heritage going back further than BF by FOUR years and I have a special place in my heart for DF Land Warrior growing up, so to see them back and kicking arse is a thing of beauty.

Delta Force is not great. What we have presently is a vacuum of good shooters that hold a mil type environment which makes Delta Force appear greater than it is.

Prepare to be hugely disappointed! EA Dice will not take back the mantle! 22 guns and a measly 42GB at launch , unplayable for almost a year full year!, at one point losing 95% of their player base! Delta Force Alpha is 42 GB ALPHA, better condition and more stable than BF2042 is even now, and are dropping content in the damn Alpha ! Bf wont be back until end of 2024 if not 2025! You have got to be trolling! Everything WOKE turns to shit!

Bad company 1/2 , bf3 and 4 were the best titles that were ever made. 1 and 5 killed the mood with them being focused on ww1 and 2, though campaigns were okay. 2042 had a little hope being more futuristic. At launch it was utter garbage and now it's semi playable, but I won't bother with that anymore after experiencing one season. Delta force looks promising and I hope EA/Dice takes notes what people actually like..

If delta force came out 10 years ago, id defend battlefield to death. But today? I'm more than happy to play a game where i feel like the developer actually cares about their player base. 2042 is and has always been a scam. EA desperately want battlefield to be the next warzone, but their tiny corpo brains wont understand that it will never happen.

I was amazed how many think Delta Force is a new game in the Delta chat. Like it was 2 people who knew that Delta Force is a traditional game from the old Delta Force from 1998. It's the same but modern with all the eye candy and modern look.

If I'm being honest, I have no hope for the next game. I wish we can get a BF3/BF4 style game with modern next gen graphics, physics, destruction, and more. That's not going to happen I don't think because the OG Battlefield devs are no longer a part of DICE. Even though I don't really like The Finals, you can clearly see where the talent went. Too many developers are going to be stirring the pot for this next game and it's just gonna be a shit show...

Delta Force is looking good. I just wish they chose BF4's style and structure to copy instead of 2042. AAA game studios are incapable of making the multiplayer shooters they used to. The new wave of dev hires are largely incompetent and the original devs responsible for everyone's favorite games have retired or moved onto their own studios. These AAA publishers also require the games to make too much money to be considered successful. Every new game MUST turn their game into a soul-less item shop and it's destined to stomp out real game content like guns and maps. If they released BF4 tomorrow and it sold just as well, it would be considered a financial failure because they weren't selling $20 skins to thousands of players every week.

Anyone who thinks BF will ever comeback is actually just fucking insane. I mean as soon as i heard them say they want to make a BF meta verse i just lost all hope for the franchise. Delta force is just way better in every way, even down to the specialists actually fitting their class. The only thing that needs to be changed is the look of the specialists except for the guy who can dash with his propulsion thingy. And i can't wait to see what they do with the destruction when the full game releases and I'll definitely be playing the campaign.

If Battlefield just makes a classic class based system game and no DEI stuff like V and 2042, Delta Force immediately becomes irrelevant

Battlefield won’t have any trouble beating Delta Force…DF will be old news when the new BF releases. The issue is will the new BF correct the miscues of 2042, many of which were pasted into Delta Force.
