This is the best recipe I've seen I bet these are incredibly delicious. I like the cornmeal it must add a little sweetness. The chicken bouillon was s surprise that must add a lot of flavor. The Old Bay is also a really good idea. Your salmon is beautiful I have to see if I can get some Bumble Bee salmon it's much nicer than the stuff in the red can with the gray salmon. I am so impressed.

Never understood how you can work with long nails! Seems like they would get in the way and how do you get the food out from underneath them?Maybe I will find out with this video!

People are talking about the cornmeal not being like a secret ingredient, but my mother didn’t use flour or cornmeal. She used crackers, which she rolled out with a rolling pin because I remember helping her do this as a child.

Looks delicious! I would leave out the bell pepper like your Grandmother did! I'm salivating! I would also use a teensy bit of lemon juice and some parsley.

😂😂😂 yellow cornmeal isnt a secret for salmon patties. As a mater of fact you can also use breadcrumbs as well. It mostly justed use as a binder
@nathanmccannon73623 күн бұрын
I'm sure they are really good. I prefer with lot less seasonings. A little salt. A little pepper and some chopped small onion. Remember....there Is NO "l" in salmon pronunciation. Thev "l" is silent.

Nothing new about the cornmeal, but today's cooks have replaced the cornmeal with bread crumbs. No to the bell peppers all day long.

Yes! I was raised on Salmon Patties, and I love them to this day. My son (who is 30 now) loved them as a toddler and as an adult. I would leave my leftovers out on the stove and he would run into the house from playing outside , grab one and back out he'd go...chowing down. Wonderful recipe thank you.❤
