Hey luvs hey! Let's go to China! We're making Chinese Shrimp Fried Rice and it's gonna be Good.
*Chinese Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe:
2 Cups cooked day old rice
Bag of raw shrimps
1 Cup baby Carrots
1 small Onion
1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts
3/4 cup Chopped Spring Onions
1 Tbsp. minced or fresh Garlic
2 Eggs
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Avocado Oil
Sesame Seed Oil
*Seasonings: Use these by taste
Himalayan Salt
Black Pepper
Chili Pepper Flakes
Old Bay
*Directions;
1.) Cook white long grain rice the day before cooking shrimp fried rice. Let cool and transfer to refrigerator.
2.) Transfer rice from refrigerator to freezer for 1 hour. Remove and separate rice by chopping it apart with a spoon.
3.) Cut up carrots and all onions. Set aside.
4.) Season shrimp with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, old bay and garlic. Mix and set aside.
5.) Add Avocado Oil to skillet. Heat to high and add shrimp. Stir fry for about 2-3 min then remove and set aside.
6.) Add sesame seed oil to skillet then add carrots, diced onion, spring onions and bean sprouts. Stir fry for about 2-3 min.
7.) Turn heat up to medium high and add rice. Mix together then add shrimp, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir together.
8.) Push rice to sides to make an opening in the middle. Add margarine or butter. When melted add eggs and scramble. Mix everything all together and cut heat off. Add more soy sauce if needed.
