For those that couldnt understand he said he is doing time for a crime he did not commit. And even though the victim said it wasnt him in court they still convicted him. Just cause one has tattoos dont mean your guilty dont judge a book by its cover. He changed his life and is president of the outreach program to help troubled youth not just anyone holds that title you have to walk a honest walk to get that. Proud of the way he turned his life around. Being a minor at 15 and sentence to 25 to life is insane. You dont mature until way later he should of never been trialed as a adult. Praying for him to get out and hopeful he does get to help the troubled youth like he is doing in there. Our communities need more help with our troubled youth. To many lost teenagers. 🙏🙏

My first thought was to listen and find out if there are some red flags that indicate a threat or dishonest of some sort. Been manipulative or parasitic with words. He sounds absolutely sane and honest with some deep insight for good. He definitely deserves a second chance in life.

Kobe E. Kincherlow received multiple life sentences due to his involvement in a series of gang-related crimes in Los Angeles. He was convicted of robbery, conspiracy to commit extortion, assault with firearms, and possession of a firearm by a felon. These offenses were committed to benefit a criminal street gang, leading to enhanced sentences under California’s “Three Strikes” law.  In one instance, Kincherlow and an accomplice attempted to extort money from a recycling center in South Los Angeles, using threats and firearms to intimidate the victims. During the commission of these crimes, they assaulted individuals with semiautomatic firearms. As a result, the court sentenced him to an aggregate indeterminate term of 26 years to life, including enhancements for prior serious felony convictions and gang-related activities.  Additionally, in a separate case, Kincherlow was involved in a conspiracy to commit extortion at a marijuana dispensary, where he and his associates used firearms to threaten and assault individuals. This led to further convictions and contributed to his lengthy prison sentences.  These convictions, combined with California’s sentencing enhancements for repeat offenders and gang-related crimes, resulted in multiple life sentences for Kincherlow.

I personally experienced the growth Keith made, while working at DVI with him in a few of my groups, and watched how he helped promote change with the younger generation and others as well. When he first came into my class I told him, his only job was to give me something good to say when I go back home about him-Oakland that is, and he said for sure. I grew up watching his car club ride down my street and I watched those fights in the park. Very well known to most, even if you didn’t know him personally, you knew of him, like myself. I wish Keith much success with his programming and positive change. I enjoyed the classes I attended with these guys and learned a few things from them myself raising sons. 💪🏽
