I can sit down here all day and listen to these guys experience even tho I’ve not been in jail before But guess what I learned from them too👍
@josephrobinson5452Ай бұрын
That's actually crazy and it's gotta be something wrong with you because most people don't have to learn by hearing a convicted murderer speak after being sent off to prison. They are saying nothing that I didn't know and I don't see nothing good about being in the streets always around a bunch of men and never did. Now they in prison around a bunch of men.

At the end of the day it's a mindset of being a leader and not a follower and not inspecting people to feel bad on how we grow up because it's the same song for most of us growing up in the hood i got locked up my one and only time at 12 for stealing and that was a nuff for me now at 46 just brought my second property have a pension that i can retire at 53 but mom was on drugs dad was on drugs and live around the corner and still wasn't in my life live in the projects but the difference i was able to learn from everybody mistakes

There needs to be a program which takes all 14 year olds in the hood to prison to talk to lifers. I know it's done here and there. But there needs to be a mandatory program.
@johncutler9168Ай бұрын
I believe in what he just said all the way they don’t help. Nobody while you’re in prison I did seven years in department of corrections in Florida. There’s no rehabilitation programs they call them programs. You can get an education, but there’s really nobody in there. That’s helping you out to show you the steps. I have a full-time company now I’ve been out 11 years doing well present taught me a lot and especially to stay away from those who didn’t talk to you while you was in there.

I think they do belong in jail if it takes for you to commit horrible crimes and get 100 years in jail to realize that you shouldn’t commit horrible crimes . Always the same story , “getting caught up “ in the streets, nah it’s a choice .
@josephrobinson5452Ай бұрын
Yes I agree with you and the craziest part about it is I don't see what they are caught up in because it ant nothing there for them. They have nothing in life and will try to rob you or steal your car that you work for and end up killing someone is why they in prison for 100 years because they didn't wanna get a job and work. Even after they rob someone, they are still broke and have nothing. Think about it!!! If four of these punks rob a woman on the street at gun point of $200.oo, each guy gets 50 dollars a piece and each guy is looking at 20 years in prison for $50. How is that being caught up in the streets? And many times they get no money but end up with a life sentence. I had better sense than that when I was 8 years old.

These brothers seem to think theres a disconnect between them and the system, because of the environment thy came from... The system designed and runs the environments they came from. From hospital at birth, through school all the way to the private prisons and even the grave. The system has all the files, all the reports, they know you better than you know yourself and everything is working out just like they planned!

We can't undo our actions so try to make better decisions. Believe in Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins, and read the bible, and have Jesus as a role model about how to behave, and treat other people. Getting drunk massively increases the chance of doing something stupid that lands someone in prison so avoid alcohol. The consequences of gang life is death or ending up in prison which doesn't seem like much fun.

Start off saying accountability yet go on to make sooo many excuses, saying white peoples don’t know what we going through is nuts, the ones in the system but I bet there are more poor white people then black, but I do agree some don’t understand and become a product of their environment, I was one of them and did almost a decade and my city wasn’t a huge bad one, thing is I got into using the drugs eventually and that blinded me, if you didn’t use the drugs then you should have been one up sooner, just like the many that don’t even go the route and there are plenty of things out there, I went to food pantries for my family, actually so embarrassing because I was like 10 or so and threw the cart and ran away, crazy step dad and mom had me doing a lot of that stuff, even taking food stamp buying stuff for a quarter and getting the change so she could get cigarettes, wic slips, I am white and many whites relate, many poor in other area too, trailer parks, country, smart to live to them area instead inner city but it’s still bad and you have a lot of pot whites all in the cities, the race stuff is only very few people it’s a poverty issue they treat and poor or hood person the same, 20 years ago I have so many stories of cops hitting me, saying because I was white and the people I was fighting was black I go to jail no matter what if they come back, letting people go because they was a different color or race, white people just took the abuse and kept it moving, I thought it was normal and allowed for real, just saying we need to stick together and not keep this mindset, they been in for a minute so they still think that’s how most think and a lot do but it’s mostly ones that want to use it true story or brainwashed, so much out there proving different.
