The design has changed a bit I think.. mine doesn't have ground wire. I just took mine all apart just like this video and put it back together. I wanted to clean it and took out the wrong screw, nuts fell down inside the unit and my only option was to rip it apart , clean, put back together. Took forever! I paused this video in a ton of places for help. Wish it was a little slower but pausing worked fine. I can't complain, I'm super appreciative of you uploading this! I am never tearing it apart to clean it again LOL

Love my MFT. Especially with a track clamp, phenolic resin top. Planning to buy a 2nd. When I bought it, before my table saw, I became frustrated with it. But once i got my table saw, i allowed the mft to do what it’s good at, rather than try to do absolutely everything with the track saw and MFT. And now, it’s indispensable

So I suspected broken brush belt as well but that was not the case. Thought it was the switch but cut that out and completed that circuit to make it always on and that didn’t work. Perhaps the motor? Also the little light on the pcb isn’t coming on either… any thoughts?

Rex, I got a shark navigator, and my on and off switch burned out. I replaced it, and the suction now works, but the brush didn't. Then I inverted the cables, so the brush works, but the suction function is not working now.

@RexxthespecialistАй бұрын
No, I don’t see how that can affect the fuse. It doesn’t hurt to check the fuse as well.

Yes, if the air compressor has to run too often to keep air in the system, it can get too hot and blow the fuse.
