From my experience, it can last for about 4-6 days, with normal usage.

First, it's a great smart Watch in terms of the features it packs, but unfortunately it doesn't have GPS, therefore it might not be able to record your track information without your smartphone nearby. However, every other exercise feature will work fine (e.g the step counter, sports/exercise functions, as long you're wearing it); and it'll later Sync with your smartphone when you're close to it.
