I have live chat box on when I live stream rocket league but the minute I go on fortnite the chat box doesn’t show up

I'm having an issue where comments from viewers aren't being displayed into live studio. But i can see them while I'm watching my stream on my phone. How do I fix this problem?

i alr contacted tiktok but they haven’t responded.. i recently have a problem during live, i can’t see the comments nor if someones joining, same for gifts. the entire chat is not working, i know though i’ve received stuff cuz i’m watching through my phone to respond to comments, it’s pretty annoying tho cuz i added sounds for gifts but they don’t play anymore. The sounds for new follower and subs is still up tho! no one could help me for now please😭

hello can you guys explain why went i went live everything was fine had 300 viewers but when i ended stream i got banned from live for a week all o did was stream warzone with music i know i said nothing wrong and have teammates muted on stream

Hello… quick question. I use tikfinity for my alerts and after being live for over an hour I notice that my link no longer shows my alerts while I’m live and the sound doesn’t play unless I use the headphones under audio which then creates a reverb/echo. Would you possibly know why this is happening? Thank you for your time. ❤
