You should post what kind of plasma machine your using. are you using a inductive start ... reg hf start or..Blowback start starts arc without the need of High Frequency

Have to drop a message on this. I have recently completed my 5x10hd ppllc gantry. Motion is smooth and stable. I've been cutting at 3i0ipm no problem. Ron is a great guy. You can run circles around more expensive tables (cough, burntables.)

when you cut small circles - put a common bolt size hole in the middle for washers which you can always use and cuts waste.

i made a large swordfish with my schools plasma cutter it is one of my favorite machines to use.

I also have a PPL gantry system I bought about three years ago. I can say they build quality systems and i'm still very satisfied. In addition, there customer support is top notch. The owner is always available o answer questions and spend time with us.

I'm taking a welding class and we have a plasma cutter too, will the machine be able to cut a piece of metal that I'm going be putting around my cars plate number?

It's been awhile since you posted. How do like the Precision Plasma HD Gantry? You own a couple of gantry's from them from what I can see in your older video's. Can't find many video's on there units so just wondering what your thoughts are.
