Ate pwede ba ung 2 witnesses are all Norwegian? Like ung magpipirma sa statement by the Sponsor, kasi di ko kasi kasama mama o papa ko sa Norway eh😢 . Or pwede na ung statement by the Sponsor ay fifill upan ng mama ko before ung travel ko? Di lang lalagyan ng date hehe

Kasi po nagrant na yung visa ko and 30 days lang po yung duration of allowed stay ko daw although 6 months po sya valid. And I heard it takes like 4 to 5 weeks para makakuha ng license to get married. So pano po kayo yun? Allowed naman akong mag stay ng longer ng 30 days kahit waiting pa lang sa license to get married and hindi pa makakapagsubmit ng another family reunification visa ulit kay UDI?

hi mam. under fiance visa ako now and ka kakasal lang namin last month. my visa expires on August. mag aaply pa lang kami ng fam immigration.. my question is nag report ka ba ng marriage mo sa embassy dito sa Norway and nagchange ka din ba ng apilyido pag ka kasal mo? wala pa kasi akong nagagawa since nakasal ako.. hope you can guide me :) TYIA

Hi Sharm! Thanks for the video! May I know what specific type of visa you have before you got married? We're already married when I got to Norway (I have a type C visa- visit visa). We plan to apply while I'm here in Norway so I'm wondering if your case will apply to me, or if we still have to apply for a D-Visa, or if I need to go back to the Philippines to apply. Hi sis! Thanks for this video. Would like to ask if you used your new surname already with maiden passport. As per embassy, DFA requires report of marriage certificate to renew passport for new surname, which takes months before the ROM cert from NSO becomes available. Is it okay to use husband’s surname for family immigration application but with maiden surname on passport (since not yet renewed with new surname). Thanks in advance!

Hello, based on my experience, I applied family immigration using my now maiden name, same with my passport's information. I changed surname (to my husband's surname) later on. I got married here in Norway and already a resident when I requested the change so that was easy. Also, when you apply for family immigration, I suggest you also submit a name change form from altinn.no with the requirements they need along with that so you don't need to apply later after your fam immig app gets approved. But I am not so sure if it's that easy if you will apply in your home country, you might need more proof like the ROM before it can be done. I guess you have to ask UDI to confirm this.
