Hello Ma'am, sagot po sa questions nyo. 1. Hindi pa po approved visa ko Ma'am, UDI gave me 10mos waiting before i will receive the result plus not guaranteed if approved or not. 2. Yes, I got married while I'm in a tourist visa. 3. After 3months, my visa expired but it doesn't matter as long as you applied family immigration already at least 2 weeks before that. After that, quite a long waiting period po before you'll get your residency. But at least, you do not need to go home back in the Philippines while waiting. Yun lamang po.

Sist, if my husband from norwegia earn money under 300.000 nok for apply visa spouse would they will granted my visq spouse or no? Then abt document income that's mean is wageslip or bank statement a year???

Hello sis, I really don't know if there is some exemptions, just to make sure, you can ask your husband to check how much he earns from the past year and check to UDI if it is good enough. Thanks.
