If the kids 6-8 years have same size of wheels , which is better three wheel frame 9.2 inches or four wheel frame 12 inches
@ThePascalbriand22 сағат бұрын
@@diveyakhullar01 6-8 years I prefer 4 wheels 9.2 … even 9.2 is quite long depending how tall they are 12.0 can be too long to get agility at this age
@diveyakhullar0118 сағат бұрын
@@ThePascalbriand the kid is 124 cms in height, 4 wheel frame in 9.2 doesn't comes, I even tried 11.25 inch frame with 4 wheels but the crossing became difficult, so switched 3 wheels frame of 9.2 in. Speed is fine is 3 wheels frame but the only issue that comes is that when the kid goes for 30-35 rounds at high speed on 200 mt track, he gets pain at middle bottom part of the foot and if he takes a break of 5 mins or wear the shoe again after removing it pain disappear.
@diveyakhullar0117 сағат бұрын
@@ThePascalbriand sir can you make a video on how to enter a pack and how to leave the pack, which position to maintain in a 500 mt and 1000 mt race and when to leave the position and go all out, how to overtake from the inside , since most of the skaters prefer overtakes from outside.

Thank you so much Pascal Briand for the video. Very grateful to have the opportunity to learn all these from you. I was curious about movement no.2 . It feels like a "peel" , because you are moving the shoulders back in a way that reminds me of "peeling" the skin off a fruit. So you "peel", or pull back first, right before you move to the other leg. And in the process, you are using your body weight to "pull" yourself backwards, extending the length of the push. This allows you to cover a longer distance with each stride. Is this the right way to see it?

Thanks a lot #Pascal Briand, this is a true fuel ⛽️ I was really down for everything but I am now glad to be lifted up by your words. FVA needs to make champions to represent Africa continent, we need you 🙏🏾 we need to get them to the Racing tracks, attend the training camps or have them for some period of months training and helping their mindset to a better tomorrow, I know how they are determined. Think about Africa too it’s a better field to promote our Inline Speed Skating Sports.

Really good video. I'm just starting to skate for the first time at 35! I like that you did the movement very slowly, and the camera focused on the skates. That helps a lot.

I’m surprised a road like that wasn’t used for traffic. The part with the children reminded me of your Pengzhou marathon video. 🫣 By the way, did you upgrade your 360 camera? It looks much better when zooming in, and compared to the insta X2 it’s way bette recording at night.

I'm 6 years late but I just want to say that this has completely transformed my distance skating. I came from an ice hockey background when I was younger and just transitioned to inline distance skating this summer. In ice hockey the focus is only on short sprints, so I've never had to focus on maintaining a high speed over a long distance. I've watched many videos of the double push and have been working on it, while I feel some of the benefits it still looks unnatural and forced. Focusing more on the double contact has helped me skate so much more efficiently and generate speed easily, everyone in my group skates has been commenting on how much faster I've gotten.

It might make sense that women have more difficulty grabbing the outside edge due to having a naturally wider pelvic structure. This anatomical fact is a benefit to female precision shooters...a wider base being more stable, less sway leads to women rifle shooters outperforming the men.
