It is now seen as a primary drug for pain including inflammatory pain from orthopedic surgery pain, I kid you not. For me it has worse gastric side effects than naproxen, a far more useful drug for orthopedic pain.

I just want to thank-you for your videos. They challenge my own thinking. I have been vulnerable to cults for a number of reasons and while I still am a spiritual seeker it is good to have videos like yours that challenge my views. I did study with this group and liked their spiritual teachings but was shocked about the statements the guru made years ago. I am now a bit worried about a family member who spent some time with Amanda Palmer (and gushes over her) a while back. I had no idea this was going on and thought nothing of this family member's time with Amanda other than just fan-girling. But this family member has mental health issues and doesn't always have good personal boundaries or a grasp on reality that makes healthy relationships easy. My only current consolation is that they're not anywhere near Auckland any more :/ Either way, I think there will be a gentle conversation in the future with my relation.

As a former multi-decade shelter employee, I would strongly advise anyone considering fostering to avoid adult pits and adjacent breeds if you have resident pets. Btw, another data point, as an old guy who has spent a lot of time organizing protests for left causes, one of the most important things you learn is to look for agent provocateurs, members of police “red squads”, FBI, etc. who infiltrate peaceful protests with the goal of making them turn violent so they will lose support and give police an excuse to bust heads. If groups like COINTELPRO want the left to be more violent that is good evidence that violence is counterproductive
