I am a fairly well-respected youtuber who has loved magic since i was a small child. I watched every magician i could with my grandfather. I have absolutely no idea why, butt this trick actually moved me to tears. For a brief moment, i was with my grandfather seeing the most astounding card trick i have ever seen Point being, no matter who you are, how old you are, magic can elicit the most unexpected wonderfulness from deep in your heart. Thank you and god bless

I love that P&T straight out give away what they THINK it was...because they know there's NO way that's the real trick.

Fooled badly. Was it a force and a deck switch or was that a red herring? If you did force and switch, why? They seemingly had no outcome on the trick apart from knowing wha the card was .. but tells you nothing of the position. He shuffled, and you never touched the cards again. You must be a witch. Well Done. Now to see if 'the little one kills the big one' prediction comes true. hahaha

Common! I have been watching this clip for a year now, and the only thing I thought helped understanding the methode is that when the deck switch occurs, the backs have a slightly different pattern. But then the cards are still handled by your spectator, which still does not explain how you know the fecking position. I really like how you just kill time after your trick, talking to prerecorded video's, until the reveal! Or is there any funny business while you are talking to your phone?

Any trick that involved letting the spectator shuffle the cards, and the magician not touching them after that, requires a very clever explanation. No wonder Penn went with something as bizarre as computer chips!

I think I understood most of the act but still can't figure out how he managed to tell the position after the guy did the shuffle. I got one only guess that would involve something that I don't think already exists so... maybe he really did travel through time.

Even without the entertaining packaging the act itself was brilliant. I can easily see how you knew which card it was - but the position? No way! And even if you hadn't dismissed the microchip solution, no chip would not be accurate enough to tell you the precise position. So I am really baffled. Well done!
@stoopidapples15962 жыл бұрын
If every card had a chip, then you could probably easily order them by the way they interact with each other.
