Orks would hate Star Wars. They all use lasers and Orks prefer loud, bucking, flashy metal throwing daka. The humans and aliens are also squishy and don't have any troops i can think of that could stand toe to toe with an Ork. Jedi would interesting but they are less common than Space Marines and probably not as fun to fight since they are more on par with Eldar melee units in the way that most favor quick strikes and finess. They also don't have a lot of military vehicle variety and a lot of them are hover craft or unstable walkers (Orks are not a fan of hover vehicles and an Armored Nob could probably knock over any two legged walkers). The Orks just wouldn't like the loot at all and the challenge really isn't there. Sure they might have a few good fights but Star Wars doesn't have anything the Orks can really brawl with and that's the stuff they love most.
