You always give very much hiped up prices. Almost 30-40% higher than the actual price. And you just simply put these high prices as you only need to utter from your mouth, but the buyers have to pay their hard earned money. Tell me one thing, does anybody buy at these bubbled, fake rates?

If the requirement is for end use, to construct house and live then this is a good option. For investment purpose may not be a great option. Phase2 and 3 have CC Roads and Underground electricity.

Erunagurpally is the proposed railway station. After it becomes railway station, the land price would be higher than APPA junction.
