If the requirement is for end use, to construct house and live then this is a good option. For investment purpose may not be a great option. Phase2 and 3 have CC Roads and Underground electricity.

Erunagurpally is the proposed railway station. After it becomes railway station, the land price would be higher than APPA junction.

believe its a premiun zone will all villa project surrounding---it might be deserted for few years but all returns you will get in one go--just wait---all ventures in this zone are good---just find the right price.

Only hype...it take many years for living conditions that area. Fake boom over. Gir dukes, 30k is safe price to buyer but 30k alsk risk in as no growth in hyd, rs for next few years..😂
