I am so glad I discovered this work out. I'm 58 and I'd been looking for a work out that's gentle on knees. I'd been at it for 4 to 5 times a week for a month now. It fits my schedule. I can only do it in the evenings.

I am really disappointed in this Channel, and I have terminated my membership. This workout is supposed to be 60 minutes long. Leslie has said in interviews that each of her miles is 100 calories. The DVD presented here freezes, blurs, and jumps ahead. Shaving off 20 minutes has made this video NOT what is really is.

This video did not work correctly. It has been sped up and is not 4 miles. My steps calculated 2.24 miles. This is very disappointing because this would’ve been a great video.

@@MorganAFunches I eat a poached egg and coffee for breakfast, bigger lunch and yogurt with fruit for supper and would walk sometimes 2, 3 or 4 miles with either Leslie Sansone or Gina. I’m retired, so have the time! 😉

Renata Nikolaevna Thank you for posting this video. I have been using it now for almost 3 years. every other day. I have lost and mostly kept off over 60 pounds. I was 260 in 2022 now in 2024 I am still at 210 pounds. No drugs , just this and eating better. It does work. Stick with it everyone .. it does work.

Really like this video. It’s extreme so only for the really advanced. The only thing that bothers me is that she doesn’t keep the count consistent so if you think she's done she’s not so messes up the exercise a bit. Overall a hard workout. Worth it, though.

You can't lose fat in specific targeted areas unfortunately but of course exercise makes you overall lose fat, a long as you're in a caloric deficit.

Love leslie, but this is not 5 miles. Ive clocked it twice around 7, 300 steps, should be near 10,000 for 5 miles. Still a good workout but not if you are actually clocking miles. Back to her 3 mile and 2 mile walks😊

@@love.m this is so funny!! I just did her 2 mile, which should be 4,000-4,800 steps. I had extra steps because I'm walking around before workout. My total this minute? 3, 702. Her website says this is common (!!) Because trackers don't pick up kicks, etc. I'm calling b.s. on that. I want my steps!!😂🤣
