Renata Nikolaevna Thank you for posting this video. I have been using it now for almost 3 years. every other day. I have lost and mostly kept off over 60 pounds. I was 260 in 2022 now in 2024 I am still at 210 pounds. No drugs , just this and eating better. It does work. Stick with it everyone .. it does work.

Leslie’s workout are the easiest most effective ones I’ve ever done! I’m 71 and love the 5k and 5 mile workouts! I use them when i don’t go to the gym or pressed for time. Today it’s snowing so it’s the best! Thank you Leslie for your variety of safe and enjoyable workouts❤ movement is medicine!!

I do this 5 mile happy walk from time to time I enjoy the workout I do this plus the 30 minute workout walk I am an avid Walker I walk 5 miles every day through my neighborhood . I use these videos as a substitute when it gets to cold or when the weather is rainy or bad I am thankful for these videos as an alternative

Thanks for posting this, I love Leslie and haven't seen this one. I have some of Leslie's DVD's, this one from 15 years ago! I feel old. I miss her, last time I saw her was in 2020 at the start of the pandemic, she kept me fit throughout lockdown.

@@MorganAFunches I eat a poached egg and coffee for breakfast, bigger lunch and yogurt with fruit for supper and would walk sometimes 2, 3 or 4 miles with either Leslie Sansone or Gina. I’m retired, so have the time! 😉

Really like this video. It’s extreme so only for the really advanced. The only thing that bothers me is that she doesn’t keep the count consistent so if you think she's done she’s not so messes up the exercise a bit. Overall a hard workout. Worth it, though.

Could be that the normal walk doesn't involve the entire body workout. So maybe Fitbit or Apples 1/2mile is equal to Leslie's 1mile. Because we definitely sweat a lot as compared to a normal walk.

My Samsung watch always says I walked a little over a mile when I'm doing the 3 mile. I think my issue is because my watch doesn't sense a workout until I'm well into the workout. But she says if you keep the beat your fine. If you walk the 3 mile program regardless of what your watch says you've done 3 miles because the miles are timed by beats per min. Some type of stuff like that.

Devices won’t be an exact science in terms of capturing the same distance as following another person’s walk cadence (although we literally follow Leslie’s steps).

Hi we adore Leslie and she has helped so many and so happy she continues to motivate people and that you discovered her. My son and I used our wrist pedometers from Amazon-'technology before the fitbit- and ours isn't accurate so we are thinking its the limitation of the technology. Can you tie it on your foot for more accuracy because if we don't move our wrist the steps don't count, we tried this on an outside walk too and the steps didn't count only steps when we swung our wrist were counting. Enjoy the journey and routine, Leslie is encouraging. You may also adore Tae Bo, Lucy Wyndham-Read, Fausto Murillo, and Reps to the Rhythm (we sure do!) to help you with your fitness goals. Keep us posted if you would like.
