** JANUARY 29th at 10:52pm is when the group chat between Michael Proctor and his buddies took place. ** according to Day 23 of the trial which is during cross examination by the defense. So that proves that they had Karen's phone since then.

We will never see their dog because they moved Chloe out of the area a day or two after John was killed to start covering up what really happened. Then they probably Killed her and cremated her so there would be no evidence that will connect her to the attack.

KR is a sneaky snake when she remembered she hit John with her taillight and told McCabe she broke her taillight BEFORE she deliberately went out and hit Johns car with her passenger side taillight to coverup. THAT is the biggest coincidence AND coverup to this case!

I'm wondering if all those butt dials were quick "call me on my burner phone" calls. Police know all the tricks that criminals use to avoid detection of their crimes. I wouldn't put it past any of the McAlberts to utilize burner phones. Also, I keep wondering what Higgins did at the police station (or was it sallyport?) that night. Maybe he got rid of evidence, or picked up some burner phones that were in evidence for some old cases? Just a theory. But his off duty visit to work that night seems very suspicious. Is there any indication if he ever did that any other time in his career?!?! Who was the stranger that Higgins saw in the house that night? I still have LOTS of questions.

I think that when they use the leaf blower to supposedly look for glass or pieces of light, I think it was really to cover up footsteps in the snow that would’ve been leading to the house from his body

So we might as well have a coronation for Brian, Albert and Jennifer, McCabe, as king and queen of Massachusetts, considering the fact that they are above all citizens, apparently in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, right?

Sorry. On the replay. Am I stupid? If. I mean if. Karen hit him at 1230 am. How could he still be alive at 6am? How can the CM get around that?
@KristinAsh-fd7xz2 сағат бұрын
He was still alive as we all know. But hence the 227 google. They put him out about 30-60 min knowing he would die from the head trauma and the hypothermia. This case is such a joke. They need to arrest cannone along with everyone else. I can’t see a second trial coming. No way. I think feds will get involved beforehand and if anything someone needs to step up In the CM so They’re not more disgraced than they already are. They should worry about birchmore Garcia and Root. Never mind who else Sorry MCalberts your done. Should have known you can’t get away with all this crap. Then again to many whiskeys and beers going around that night

I believe the snowplow driver's testimony. I think the body was moved from the backyard in that Ford Edge. Whatever happened to John happened in the back yard as soon as he got there, when the dog was out. Someone else was apparently back there, and they took John's phone into the house and left his body in the backyard for hours, until people left the party. Then the body was moved in the Ford Edge to the property line in front of the house. And someone carried John's phone from inside the house and placed it near his body. It seems unlikely that a dozen people are lying about John not entering the house. I don't think he ever entered the house. He entered the backyard and died there almost right away, and his phone was carried into the house by person or persons unknown who were out in the yard with Chloe when John entered.
@CopsDaughter2 сағат бұрын
Except they dug up the basement floor- John could have walked into the foyer and downstairs - guests in the kitchen would t have seen him. But I agree with you except I believe they put his dying body out at 2:30 am to blame it on the plow driver, Karen became an opportunity. Whatever happened only they know and will never tell. But Karen is definitely innocent. Factually. I don’t think John’s compromised body would have been alive at 6 am if he were left out at 12:30

What is her heart rate when she is dancing to raining men🤔 is that why she testified to dancing to cover up her heart rate
@cathykenefick32554 сағат бұрын
You are probably right!Every odd piece of testimony is most likely to cover something up. Increased heart rate=dancing to Its Raining Men. So now what’s up with the dog Allie rescued, Higgins plowing the driveway, Higgins disappearing and reappearing Jeep, Chris Albert buying a round of Fireball shots for everyone, Tristan picking up Caitlyn in the middle of the night, Karen insisting on making pizza at D&E, birthday donuts delivered in a snowstorm, the adults celebrating an acceptance to a private school and a birthday- without the actual kids being there! The inclusion of meaningless testimony is not meaningless.
@Lallythelapdog4 сағат бұрын
@cathykenefick3255 you are correct
@Lallythelapdog4 сағат бұрын
@cathykenefick3255 how about Chris Albert going right to bed (no shower) after working in pizza place, having a few drinks and walking home in a snow storm. So he could be in bed when Colin came in to give them hugs, kisses and say goodnight...🤔
