What would you say the average size dwarf vs. half-dwarfs are? Male and / or female. Hard to find pure dwarfs so curious about the 1/2s as well

I've been binge watching this series (bucket list snakes here!). Your knowledge is astonishing and the lengths you have gone to capture and present data is very much appreciated. A real treasure trove of excellent information! Thank you.

Excellent video. I have to say I just don't think Royals are ideal pets - the poor guys tend to be so shy and retiring that I hate to see them subjected to the frequent handling that may come with being a family pet. Though not mentioned in the video, I do think some of the Antaresia as well as Bredl's can be fantastic pets.

Can you gimmi feedback on coastal carpets pythons vs blood pythons which grows faster and eats bigger prey ? I seen carpet's take down huge massive prey like nothing for being slender python . I know that a 8 ft female blood Will prolly be still heavier than a Coastal carpets pythons at 10 ft female.

Can you try to gimmi a breakdown on black rat compare to Brazilian rainbow boa ? Of course different species snakes. But fun fact is rainbow boas are also tree climbees , swimmers and ground not only that there built slender too move around alot but they top out 7ft from looking at ya black rat snake you have best looking ones you take care them. From looking at yours compare to my ball pythons that current takes any large with ease bi weekly . I know one here shown in ya neck can eat Large rats fairly well too and if it gets any bigger than one here shown maybe even eat jumbo on 3 wks basics not 2 but 3 will do . But just like to here ya feedback on black rat snake vs Brazilian rainbow boa which is likely grow faster which is likely grow larger which is likely eat the bigger rats which is better climber and can adult like yours be house in 75 gallon tanks ? Another good boa i want you compare black rat snake too is green tree python which only gets 4-6 ft but has similar girth as black rat snake and also tree climbers so will they tolerance each other? Glad you mention keep breeding them not enough to go around to sale very hard to find for sale ive been trying trust me need one and i want bullsnake

Another very helpful and informative video. If I could suggest one topic that often I feel gets overlooked, or at least in my experience selling various reptiles over the years, that would be a helpful video to beginners is correct distances for uvb lights. I know it’ll have various factors that’ll play a part in the correct distance for the desired species but perhaps a video explaining the importance and how to follow the Ferguson zone in maybe something like a 6, 7 or 12% T5 bulb (just the 3 more common percentages that come to mind) or even with the mercury Vapor bulbs commonly used for tortoises

Hello I recently bought a young male Russian tortoise. He has been just baring himself in the substrate. All of the time. Only once iv seen him eat and I bowel movement since iv had him. It's Phoenix az . His enclosure is inside . Proper lighting proper heat. Iv had him 2 weeks. The 1st couple days iv had him he was very active. Do you think I need to take him to a vet? I'm concerned 😟 ❤️

I just recently got one, a young one about 4 months old. Totally calm and curious. Eats thawed prey w/o any hesitation. Cornsnakes wish they were this calm. The breeder told me that all of his are just like mine in that regard, so this is not just a one-off thing. You will be amazed. They do like to brumate over winter, so you probably should do that maybe after their first year.

Can i compare its size to Brazilian rainbow boas , emerald basin boas ? Or can i compare it's size to bullsnake but they get 7-8 ft ? Ima ball python owner my balls love Large rats but i think if i was to get these i will have to feed jumbos or young rabbits ? Are they ground or climbers ? Ok you say 5 by 2 by 2 is good i always perfer bigger so i will go with 6 by 3 by 3 .
