I am not getting black lines, but am getting a vertical blank strip on every page printed. Can you make a recommendateion? The model is Xerox workcentre 6027.

You might try cleaning the Color Toner Density (CTD) sensors. So, this is the only type of paper that this machine takes? No it’s not… How do you load a gahdamn cut sheets in to the machine. Every time I try to print something on the sheet, he tells me that I have roll paper selected and I don’t .

I have an ipf670. I did this and now the machine says the new cartridge is the wrong cartridge, despite having the same part number (MC-10).

Hi Benjamin, thank you for your question. We will add this how-to video to our channel soon. Kip meter reading's are pretty easy to locate with the directions below. Directions on how to obtain the meter reading on a KIP 7170 Press the "?" on the touchscreen. Meter count will be listed on the left side. It will show the sq. ft. reading/Meter A
