Am 26 yrs today and i really love oguta's song because of my grand mother who used to sing them after telling us traditional stories,, she died at the age of 90 in the year 2011

All the Oguta Lie Bobo songs remind me of my mum. My mother used to sing them along as she cooks or works in the farm. I like singing them as a reminder of the richness of Luo songs. Pakruok, the lessons one can learn, like Jaa mineme ma ohero picha angada. Nyar Rachiero odhi egunda mwanda ni bubu...wuoi ww temo pacha. Angeyi mabeer!

I love this Music so much so I took my wife on a road trip through those Small Centres Oguta Lie Bobo is mentioning, Mirogi, Ogeng, Kobodo Rangwe while the Music was booming in the Car, we started the trip from Ndhiwa and because Oguta spice it by calling my name Otieno Julius, it was fun.

@@tbwanat Thanks but we have enough. Three Boys and Three Girls is not a small number but trust me, it was the BEST ROAD TRIP of my life. We crowned it by visiting Tom Mboya Mausoleum, signed condolence and visitors book and spent the Night at Mbita Island while watching the Lake...
