Beautiful, but i'm no fan of the spoke wheels!. Also people think they arerare, bit I believe 14000 were made. I have one too, an early Sedan De Ville flattop, in pinehurst green, white top. She is equipped with A/C, Autronic Eye (a special model that was only used on the early ones), 6 way power seats, power trunk, Wonderbar radio WITH footswitch, powervwindows, even the power vent windows and cruise control!

I would've tried to buy that car but it has 2 too many doors.

The car is OFF THE CHARTS garish, overdone and cartoonish but it sure as Hell doesn’t have even the tiniest of blind spots from the drivers seat!!

The most beautiful model of ANY make ever made, IMO. I like just about any car with a tail fin. I called them "ears," when I was growing up! Lol. I remember being so disappointed when I was a kid, and started noticing less "ears" as the years went by. This of course is the "daddy" of all tail finned beauties. Love the flat top design as well. Makes it look sleeker. I liked the flat top also on the Buicks and Chevrolets also.

I didn't even know that this fleetwood brocade fabric pattern was also offered in red. I've only seen it in black / blue / beige and brown so far. And persian sand !

This car looks Perfect. These silver / red interior is Very special. On a 57 bel-air , o.k. in a 59 caddy , crazy ! Red was not a frequent order for a sedan. But it looks god !!

This is the 'Four Window' Sedan DeVille. There was also a Six Window version. The original car did not have chrome on the tail-fin bullets, only the Fleetwood 60 Special had that.

Beautiful 59 Caddy! I wish that it was sitting in my garage. These cars when new ,wouldn’t fit in most garages. I think that it is close to 20 feet long. The 59 was always my favorite year. It’s a keeper for sure.

In May1968, did my drivers test in a a yellow 59 like this one.

59 Cadillac 4 door Sedan Deville’s are extremely rare and this one is a beauty! The 1959 Caddy was the peak year for high fins. As the years went by they were gradually reduced in size until they were totally gone. A truly bygone era. You’d be hard pressed to find one better than this one. A true rolling piece of art. Job well done! 👍

when i was a young kid my parents had a 59 sedan de ville flat top, boy what a car.it would just float down the highway.it was a light yellow color with a white top. we took many trips to the grand parents house in tyler tx. about 250 miles away. it was really enjoyable back then

My first girlfriend's mother had one except hers was a convertible with white leather interior. We always schemed about how we would like to makeout in the backseat but her mom kept the car locked. So we used a 1964 Chevy Malibu, necessity IS the mother of invention (and raging hormones.)

Beautiful '59 Coupe de Ville, and a true Coupe de Ville at that! Not a Series 62 coupe (which was the least-expensive Cadillac for that year) that someone is trying to pass off as a Series 63. Well done! Also, if I'm not mistaken, one option group (number 13?) gave you the electric trunk release and it included fog lamps, Cruise Control and power door locks. My Fleetwood came with power vent windows but the original buyer apparently did not want to pay for the extra optional equipment.

Not a common color back then and you very rarely see it now. I had a '59 Fleetwood in Wood Rose that I restored mechanically, but not cosmetically due to the sheer cost of taking the paint all the way down to bare metal, and had too much money in it at that point. I've seen only one other Fleetwood in this color so it may have been considered too flashy for a trim model intended to be to conservative, or for a conservative buyer.

The '59 Caddy was a tough car to beat. Impy came up with a gorgeous Le Baron the following year. Miss that competition 'tween luxury carmakers.

This is probably the best looking 59 Cadillac I ever saw. Red and silver with the matching interior, all factory correct, the vista roof that for me is the best looking roof on a 59, just awesome. A wonderful classic car, thank you for sharing. I would love to see an engine start and drive video.

Gorgeous Cadillac, the tail fins are ridiculously Awesome. I have my own collection of Buicks and a 63 Cadillac 4 door Briar Rose Metallic, I hope to maybe buy a 59 like yours one day. Telling the story about the car makes things nicer.

gorgeous. everyone loves the '59 fins, but my fav part is the bubble top roofline of the CdV...gives it such a light and airy feeling. i have a '58, and although it has a very different cowl and roof line, a lot of the detailing is the same that Cadillac carried over from year to year, like the diecast ribbing in the dashboard and the bullets in the front grill
