Not a common color back then and you very rarely see it now. I had a '59 Fleetwood in Wood Rose that I restored mechanically, but not cosmetically due to the sheer cost of taking the paint all the way down to bare metal, and had too much money in it at that point. I've seen only one other Fleetwood in this color so it may have been considered too flashy for a trim model intended to be to conservative, or for a conservative buyer.

LOVE IT...my dad almost bought a perfect survivor like this back in the 80S. He changed his mind after we found it would not fit in our garage. I STILL REGRET IT !!!! Would like to see video of all the mechanicals in action...motor, power windows, etc. if you feel like it. THANKS!
