My hubby worked on it. We lived in Redmond ,Wa. while he was working on it. Everyone was great. But, when you try to reach out to lets say, John Corbett, they suddenly don't remember you DESPITE having tattoos, Pictures taken ,.... his wife Bo Derek at least isn't like that.

Interesting scenes but why did they make Holling seem like such a hick? Granted he’s lived in Cicely for a long time but it’s not like he doesn’t read or isn’t informed.

Whoa. That stuff that Joel puts on Elaine is apparently quite terrible in smell. And just to hear the guy behind the camera say “cut” conveys the sense that this isn’t really real as they’d have you believe at one point. (Aw, that kinda messed it up some.) I believe this was the episode where Chris played a song on the radio that got Joel out of bed & into the shower & then later on Elaine happens to unfortunately catches a/the flu bug. Bummer.

Back in the 90s when it was on I had a job that was demanding and time consuming and it was on Monday night against Monday Night Football so it I only caught it sparidocally . Now that I can stream it on Prime I can really appreciate the brillant writing and acting in the show. Not much on today that comes close to this.

I don't praise TV shows or anything in the entertainment industry, but Northern Exposure was one of those rare birds that flew off too soon. The scenes in Seattle, well amazing that the city has only gone down the toilet from there. Not a friendly town then, now a Marxist dumpster fire.

I have found that television shows that have a long run of seasons, the writing will suffer more and more, which is what I believe contributed to the not so great bizarre ending.
