Lol I didn't know replacing a laptop hard drive was so easy, I thought there were cables and motherboard connectors involved etc. I never opened up or even owned a laptop before, just bought a second hand one to learn Linux. Startup is very slow on the hard drive, so the ssd should help a lot.

i installed a Hot Rail on a Strat type guitar and I simply can't do this, It's painfully difficult.

Elevation has a huge impact on required temperature. I live at 8,000 ft and I have to keep my iron at 800 F just to be able to wet the solder. Even then it takes up to 5 seconds when I touch the iron to the component. Of course I don't have all day, so I just touch the iron directly to the solder. Not common practice but it works fine for me. You lowlanders might be able to get away with 500-600

The "verification" via reading then writing the Flash content of your ATtiny10 shows "Flash is empty, resulting file has not contents" and "0 bytes of flash verified", respectively (at 3:23). While this is consistent, I would think that writing NOTHING does NOT prove that the reading and writing actually works? I haven't tried your approach yet, and think it might well work, but that's odd, no?

For Arduino 1.8.19 (or other 1.8.x), the path to avrdude is: C:\Users\{YOUR_USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\tools\avrdude\6.3.0-arduino18\bin There may be other versions installed from earlier versions of the IDE - look in: C:\Users\{YOUR_USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\tools\avrdude\6.3.0-arduino18 then navigate down to the bin folder for that version.
