Skinny jeans are the worst style of the millenium. They make your legs look short and your torso look big. I am guilty of wearing it in the past, but that's long gone now. Baggy/loose is the way.

Thank you for the clear tutorial! When trying it out for myself, the donor jeans sticks out quite a bit and the line at the side of the pants seems a bit unnatural - going wider with a kink. Is this just a matter of tapering off the donor piece earlier/steaper going towards the top of the triangle, or might something else be happening? I don’t have a french ruler to do the correct curve. The donor jeans is also a bit lighter fabric than the receiving one.

i’m not sure. it could be a few things: it could be that the triangle panels are two wide and don’t integrate into the other jeans. it could also be that they start further down the jeans then they did on mine
